Add missing idf_component.yml fields (license, targets, description, url), fix CMakeLists.txt syntax in axs15260d LCD and hi8561 touch, add missing READMEs for sd5207 LCD and 3 new touch drivers, remove duplicate LICENSE, and register all 6 new components in upload_component.yml.
